Practice Areas & Attorneys Attorney Biographies Peter E. HenryMr. Henry, a member of Dillon, Bitar & Luther, appears before Planning Boards, Boards of Adjustment, and municipal governing bodies on behalf of real estate clients in connection with major and minor subdivisions, site plan approvals, and all types of variance applications. Representative clients have included McDonald's Corporation, Star Enterprise (Texaco), Dunkin' Donuts, and numerous corporate and individual developers and users. Recent experience in zoning and planning applications has included residential development, commercial, office and flex space projects, retail stores, gas stations, restaurants, and banks, throughout the northeast, central, and western portions of New Jersey.
In his municipal practice, Mr. Henry serves as attorney for the Far Hills Planning Board, the Branchburg Township Board of Adjustment, and the Mountain Lakes Borough Planning Board. He previously has represented the Far Hills Board of Adjustment, the Bridgewater Redevelopment Agency, and the Mendham Borough Planning Board. Litigation related to zoning matters, including appellate review of the actions of local agencies, is also part of his practice.
Mr. Henry's ongoing, general real estate and land use work ranges from transactional matters involving conveyancing, commercial leasing, and real estate financing, to organization and structuring of investment or development venture entities, to litigation of landlord/tenant disputes, title issues, condemnations, and tax appeals. His practice in the banking area is primarily related to construction lending and mortgage-based commercial lending. |
