Mr. Quinn heads Dillon, Bitar & Luther's Distressed Debt Practice, focusing on purchases and sales of domestic and foreign distressed bank loans and trade claims. Mr. Quinn's securities practice includes private placements and public offerings of securities (as well as securities resales) and SEC reporting for public companies. His transactional practice includes commercial lending and purchases and sales of large and small businesses.

Mr. Quinn additionally serves as general counsel and advisor to public and private companies with respect to general corporate and commercial matters. For these companies, he deals with commercial loans, contracts (including sales and distribution contracts), asset and division purchases and sales, secured and unsecured financings, employment agreements, business litigation, real estate issues, environmental matters, and other day-to-day issues companies must address in the course of doing business.
