Mr. Weber, a member of Dillon, Bitar & Luther, represents buyers and sellers in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, which range from multimillion-dollar deals to first-time home purchases with funding insured by the FHA. He also advises a significant non-profit corporation of the State of New Jersey in its efforts to acquire properties for conservation. A large part of his practice involves assuring buyers that they are obtaining good, marketable title to the property they are purchasing.

A recent real estate transaction involved the organization of a senior housing complex. Mr. Weber prepared all the documents necessary to create the condominium, such as the Public Offering Statement and Master Deed. He also obtained all required approvals from the Department of Community Affairs. In another representation, Mr. Weber advised a client on the refinancing of a commercial loan for an industrial property consisting of ten commercial condominium units. He had to prepare numerous documents and aggressively pursue the applications in order to obtain clearance from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

In the area of estate planning and administration, Mr. Weber represents individual and corporate clients as personal representatives of the estates of deceased persons. He provides guidance during such painful and often confusing times for clients, applying knowledge, skill, and experience to administer the estates, including transferring assets and preparing and filing death tax returns.
