Thomas J. Bitar

Thomas Bitar heads the corporate and commercial department of Dillon, Bitar & Luther, and has personally served as general counsel to numerous companies, both publicly and privately held. In that capacity, he has provided guidance to CEOs, CFOs, and boards of directors in their daily decision making, which often involves a combination of business and legal issues. In recognition of his accomplishments in this field, he was appointed to the New Jersey Corporation Law Revision Commission, which revised Title 14A of the New Jersey Statutes in 1988.

Mr. Bitar has been listed in the corporate area of The Best Lawyers in America since the inception of that publication.
