Mr. Youngelson’s experience in probate law includes planning and administration for virtually all sized trusts and estates. He also represents equity participants in business and professional contexts. He further acts as general counsel for various privately held entities, and in such capacities, he has provided succession planning guidance.

The range of Mr. Youngelson’s practice has also included serving as counsel to banks and other financial institutions, acting as litigative counsel in commercial and estate dispute matters at court, arbitration and mediations levels, and representing professionals charged with disciplinary infractions. He also attended Blair Academy (located in Blairstown, New Jersey) and has served the school as a Trustee since 1974.
