As the member in charge of Dillon, Bitar & Luther's Litigation practice, Mr. Delventhal focuses on commercial, construction, labor, and banking litigation. He has tried or arbitrated to conclusion numerous cases, including many reported cases, in federal and state courts and all arbitration forums.

Mr. Delventhal regularly represents owners/developers and contractors in private and government construction projects. He also undertakes real estate litigation, including suits for broker's commissions, specific performance, and environmental matters. In the banking and surety law area, Mr. Delventhal handles banking and UCC issues for banks, borrowers, and bonding companies, including defense and prosecution of employee fidelity and construction surety claims. He also works on BHCA and lender liability cases on behalf of lenders and borrowers.

Additionally, Mr. Delventhal litigates products liability and professional malpractice matters for both plaintiffs and defendants; oppressed shareholder and covenant not to compete cases; prerogative writ actions; and franchise and distributor matters. His labor practice includes representation, decertification, and unfair labor practice cases before the NLRB, as well as injunctive relief cases on behalf of employers.
